Skills
1. Knowledge local, history, and nobility will be combined into knowledge local.

2. Knowlege planes will be unused and split into knowledge nature, arcana, or religion where applicable.
Going to add planes back in. I mostly regret these changes.

3. Likewise knowledge geography will be moved into local or nature where applicable.

Feats
1. Combat Maneuvers (Trip, Disarm, Bull Rush, etc) only provoke and attack of opportunity if they fail.

2. Combined all improved combat maneuvers into two feats, one dex based, one str based.
Powerful Maneuvers(Str) – You do not provoke an attack of opportunity when performing a bull rush, drag, overrun, or sunder combat maneuver. In addition, you receive a +2 bonus on checks with these combat maneuvers

Deft Maneuvers(Dex) – You do not provoke an attack of opportunity when performing a trip, disarm, dirty trick, feint, reposition, or steal combat maneuver. In addition, you receive a +2 bonus on checks with these combat maneuvers.

3. Feats that apply to a specific weapon, (i.e weapon spec, weapon focus) apply to a category of weapons instead. (i.e. bows, swords, axes, polearms, etc)

4. Combat Expertise (Lets you take -1 attack for +1 AC) is free/removed since i doubt any of you will remember it.

5. Dodge and Mobility are combined.

6. Point Blank Shot and Precise Shot are combined

More to be added, i reserved the right to backtrack on these if i find they arent working out the way i thought they would.
